Thank you for letting us know, but that topic on Jimbo's talk page was created by a troll, who is already banned in ruwiki, so the request to local admins is simply not needed. We certainly do not want "to just talk about him" because of the local en:Wikipedia:Deny recognition policy. I suggest to ignore or block him in enwiki as well. P.S.
